And to make our days and nights even cozier? A vegan pumpkin spice chai latte, of course!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #709b32;\"><strong>Before you start, you\u2019ll need a few things:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 oz water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 organic chai tea bags<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup unsweetened coconut milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u00bd tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup pumpkin pur\u00e9e (canned or fresh)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc tsp pumpkin pie spice (or to taste)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A cup or mug<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A standing or hand blender<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #709b32;\">Step 1<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fill a kettle or pot with water and set to boil. (You can measure the 4 oz you\u2019ll need after it\u2019s boiled, since 4 oz isn\u2019t much water to boil.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #709b32;\">Step 2<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place your two tea bags into the cup or mug. Measure out your 4oz of water and pour into the cup. Let steep for 5-7 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #709b32;\">Step 3<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carefully remove the tea bags, squeezing them to get the most flavor out of them. Remember, the water and tea bags will still be pretty hot, so be super careful when handling them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #709b32;\">Step 4<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grab your blender and pour your tea into the jar. Add the remaining ingredients into the jar. Blend for 2 minutes; there should be a fine froth on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #709b32;\">Step 5<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using a spoon, give your latte a taste. Adjust the maple syrup and spices to your liking. If you\u2019re happy, you\u2019re good to go. And if it\u2019s not hot enough, simply pour it back into a pot and heat over medium until it\u2019s steaming but not boiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #709b32;\">Step 6<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour your vegan, caf\u00e9-style pumpkin spice latte into your favorite mug. Add any toppings you like, including a vegan whipped cream for the ultimate indulgence.
