Yes. Beginners are welcome. Every client is guided individually and introduced to the method step by step.

What should I wear?
Comfortable movement clothing is recommended. Grip socks are preferred for hygiene and safety.
How long is a session?
Most sessions are approximately 50 minutes.
Do you work with beginners?
Absolutely. Many clients begin Pilates with no previous experience. Sessions are adapted individually to your level and needs.
