What is the cancellation policy?
Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged in full.
What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrivals may shorten the session time in order to maintain the schedule for following clients.

Sessions and memberships are valid within the agreed booking period and cannot be extended unless previously discussed.

Yes. All sessions are by appointment only and advance booking is strongly recommended due to limited availability.
Is there a minimum membership term?
Memberships require a minimum commitment period and renew automatically unless cancelled according to the membership agreement.
What happens if the studio cancels a session?
If a session must be cancelled by the studio, it will be rescheduled or credited accordingly.

Grip socks are preferred for hygiene and safety during equipment sessions.
Can I share my membership or session package?
Memberships and session packages are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

Please inform the studio before your session so training can be adapted appropriately to your needs and limitations.
