Our Studio
Pilates Oase is a boutique wellness studio in Duisburg dedicated to authentic Classical Pilates, GYROTONIC®, and holistic movement practices in a calm, welcoming, and personalized environment. The studio combines high-quality movement education with individualized attention to help clients improve strength, posture, flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.
At Pilates Oase, we believe movement should be both restorative and empowering. Through private sessions, small-group classes, wellness coaching, and energy healing, we create a supportive space where clients of all ages and fitness levels can reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and build lasting strength from the inside out.

Meet Kerstin
Kerstin Korzekwa is a 2nd generation Classical Pilates teacher, Reiki practitioner, holistic wellness consultant, and GYROTONIC® Method teacher originally from Duisburg, Germany. After beginning her dance education at the Ballet Academy of the State Opera in Duisburg/Düsseldorf and earning a Master’s degree in dance performance and physical education, she relocated to the United States in the late 1990s, where she spent more than 25 years building a successful career in Classical Pilates and movement education.
Kerstin completed the rigorous Romana’s Pilates® Instructor Training Program and is one of the few teachers to have studied directly within the lineage of Joseph Pilates’s chosen protégé. She has also completed advanced continuing education in Osteoporosis and Scoliosis applications and completed her GYROTONIC® Foundation Training in 2018.
As the founder of Pilates Space Florida, established in 2007, For almost 20 years Kerstin successfully operated two large authentic Classical Pilates studios in Palm Beach County, Florida, mentoring teachers and working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Now back in Germany, she is excited to bring authentic Classical Pilates, GYROTONIC®, holistic wellness coaching, and energy healing to her hometown of Duisburg through Pilates Oase.
